Anne (Vandenbrouck) and David Cugini announce the birth of their daughter Emily Marie on Aug. 18, at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Maternal grandparents are Janice and Richard Vandenbrouck of Clifton, and paternal grandparents are Diane and the late Robert Cugini of Staten Island, N.Y. Godparents are Mark Vandenbrouck of Oxford, Mass., and Christine Wilson of Virginia Beach, Va.
